It is a black cladding with a lot of dust and mud on the surface. There are also numerous worn and cracks on each cladding plate. Besides, pebbles scatter all over the ground.
 
Old and Worn Tiles with Star-shaped Patterns
These are classic old tiles with star-shaped patterns printed. The tiles become yellowish due to aging. The edges of tiles are worn to reveal its history.

Dirt and dust can also be found on the floor. Dents occasionally appear on some tiles.
Old Chewing Gum Texture
They are old chewing gums spitted on the floor. Some streets are full of black patches of chewed gums spilled around.

They are dark in colors as people stepped on them. This also left loads of shoe marks and dust on these gooey gums.

This texture is great for texturing a non-irrigated farmland.

This is a ripen banana skin having brown spots scattering everywhere. Parallel striping texture can be seen by close examination.

The enzymatic browning creates not only black dots, but also brown patches.
Cleaning Sponge Texture
It is clear that this is a sponge texture. There are a lot of sponges. This texture is more like those cleaning sponge that you can find in your kitchen.

There are a lot of large and small pores on the surface. Some parts have been worn due to long time of usage.

I would recommend to use it together with scattering option on.
Dirty Wash Cloth Texture with Cross Pattern
This is a fabric texture having double sewing lines in cross pattern. It is kind of a wash cloth which is commonly found in kitchen. It can also be applied as a hand towel texture.

It has quite a lot of dirt that makes it looks like a old cloth.

Additionally, you can also use it to make a dress.
Carpet or Rug Texture
This texture is appropriate for texturing carpet or rug types of fabrics. Its patterns are arranged in grids and each grid has a fluffy ball-shaped fabric.

It is highly recommended to enable scattering in your shader to make it more photorealistic. Otherwise, it might looks like a hard plastic.
French Mosaic Tiles Texture
These are fan-shaped French mosaic tiles. Their colors are made of different tonal grey ranging from light grey to dark grey.

Dirt and dust could be found on the surface.

It is a splendid material for texturing pavement or sidewalk. It can be used for wall texturing though.
Vintage Style Floor Tiles
This green and grey pattern is a classic tile which can be found in many old houses.

Yellowish dirt can be found along edges of the tiles due to aging.

Besides, dirt and edge wear appear everywhere.
Brown Stone Cladding Texture for Walls and Grounds
It is a stone cladding texture made of many pieces of irregular brown stone.

The stone type is more like fieldstone having rather smooth and shiny surface.

This texture can be used to texture walls and grounds.
Cigarette Butts Texture on Ashy Floor
The texture contains numerous cigarette butts on ashy floor.

It can be used to texture content of ashtrays or to simulate cigarette butts scattering on the floor.

The ashy floor can turn into transparent background by using SBSAR file.
Sticker Residue Texture
It is sticker residue covering most of the area. The sticker residue has different sizes and dimension ratios.Some are squares and some are rectangular. It depends on the adhesive. Some stickers are more different to be removed. They left more residue on the surface.

It is an idea texture for putting sticker residue on walls and travel luggage.
Colorful Mosaic Tile Texture
These colorful tiles are ideal materials for producing mosaic artworks. There is color variation on each tile. Besides, golden glitter was spread across the mosaic pieces creating many tiny sprinkles.

As it is designed to be used for texturing art masterpieces, the tile layout is a bit random and the heights of tiles are uneven.

Dirt appear close to edges too.
Worn Brown Leather Texture with Scratches and Dents
It is a worn and brown leather material. This leather has a very typical pattern which has scratches and dents on the surface.

Its base colors have some variations. Besides, aging, worn parts and dirt could be found on this texture.

It is a wicker texture woven from reed, ratten or bamboo like material. It is a light and sturdy material for making furniture ranging from boxes to chairs.

It is a large piece of old wood plank. Micro surface texture can be found as it is not a laminated wood and not a veneer. It is a natural solid wood.

Barks also appear among the whole surface.

If this material is viewed at some angles, greasy and dirty areas can be spotted.

It is definitely an excellent material for making quilted coats or puffer jackets. Some padded jackets are very colorful. This texture is one of these brightly colored outer garment.

Each quilted cell is puffed with cotton, so the whole texture bulges outwards.
